So, I have started week two of my journey and am absolutely buzzing from my amazing weightloss in my first week....I never thought I could lose that much in one week. But there is still a long way to go. I must stay focused and remember that first week weightlosses are generally high and not to expect that next week, I need to keep the bigger picture in mind and tell myself that 1-2lbs a week is a very good weight loss and slow and steady wins the race.
