Good morning...

Had a great day yesterday and feel like I have my dieting mojo back 😊

I think the key is to definitely have a good protein filled breakfast which keeps you going. This is what I have had for breakfast yesterday and today...



I made a big pan of vegetable soup so that I had a delicious homemade meal ready to heat up when I got in from work nom nom ☺

Words to always keep in mind...

New start....

It's been a while since I wrote what with being on holiday and  losing my may with my diet but I'm back now.

I have got my weight loss head back on and from today will be posting again.

I am back at slimming world to get weighed on Thursday so between now and then I will be trying to do damage control so that hopefully it won't show as too big a weight gain.

Home and Away


It was a fantastic few days with my mum. We caught the train at 5.18 and were there just after 8, perfect timing for breakfast. We laughed a lot, ate a fair bit and drank a bottle of wine or two. Not good for the diet but good for the soul and we were happy. The days flew by far to fast and it was sad to say good bye....but we will be back there soon.

So its weigh in day today and I am prepared for a gain but you have to have fun in life and live otherwise you will get bored. So its time to brave the scales and then tomorrow go on another holiday!!! A week in the lakes self catering and hopefully lots of walking, wise choices when eating out and hopefully I wont do to much damage while still having lots of fun. You just have to remember to......
